Your mission
As the VP Marketing at Stelia you will report to the Chief Growth Officer, working as one of the Senior Leadership Team collaboratively implementing an evolving global GTM strategy. You should be hands-on and innovative, with high growth technology focussed marketing experience, selling into enterprise. Your role
  • Outbound ExecutionCollaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute comprehensive outbound global marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring a strong focus on ICP refinement, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Manage all global marketing campaigns across traffic channels, such as email, events, social media, digital advertising, SEO and PR. Ensure clear articulation of how Stelia’s distributed platform enables scalable, agentic AI for enterprise adoption.
  • Brand AmplificationCross-collaboration on the Stelia brand identity, external PR and internal comms ensuring a strong focus on the existing brand platform development. Enhance our brand identity, positioning the company as a global AI leader. Develop compelling brand messaging and ensure consistent application across all marketing channels
  • Team Management: Maintain, build, mentor and lead high-performing distributed marketing teams. Provide guidance, set clear objectives, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning and fun. You will lead a London team of three, including our in-house digital designer, initially and look to grow distributed marketing functions in line with matrixed business objectives. You will identify functional gaps and seek to close them.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimise marketing campaigns, and improve overall marketing performance. Develop reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the SLT.
  • AI-Led Marketing Stack: Leverage emerging AI-based marketing solutions — including agentic tools such as Clay and other autonomous campaign optimisers — to drive experimentation, precision targeting, and operational efficiency. You will continuously explore and implement AI technologies to streamline workflows, personalise experiences, and scale demand generation.
  • Experience with the usual marketinsoftware. New AI-based marketing solutions are integral to Stelia, and new MarTech solutions will be part of your remit to identifyselect and implement.
  • Partnerships Marketing: Cultivate strategic partnership marketing relationships – such as NVIDIA - to expand brand reach, generate buzz, and drive customer engagement in line with our partner strategy
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the global marketing budget effectively, optimising investments across various channels and initiatives while achieving data-driven ROI.
  • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of AI industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.
Your profile

You’ll be a player-coach, comfortable getting your hands dirty whilst guiding the Marketing team and maintaining focus on longer time horizon objectives, such as building a global marketing functionYou are extremely well organised and have a genuine passion for data-driven decision-making. You’ll identify opportunities and execute upon them to drive results. You are genuinely curious about, or preferably experienced withagentic AI and its implications not just for marketing workflows, but for how AI changes the Customer Experience and ultimately for business transformation. You have experience in storytellingcontent marketing, digital marketing and PR as means for both customer acquisition and retention. 

 

Experience 

  • Proven experience in successfully executing senior marketing roles within the global technology industry, specifically in AI
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible and compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and a track record of using data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing and comms plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong listening and superior relationship-building skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity, determination and communication skills.
  • Excellent, proven organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CIM or other professional certification are desirable.
